My career spans education, private and group therapy practice, business ownership, and leadership across multiple organizations. I bring clinical expertise and real-world leadership experience to every space I hold, combining emotional insight with strategic clarity.
In every setting, my focus stays the same: helping women move through emotional overload with calm, strength, and self-trust. Not by adding more to their plates, but by clearing space for what matters.
